Green Tomato Jam 314 gr
The green tomato jam produced in our artisanal workshop contains no artificial colors or flavourings, just fruit and sugar. Sugar, our only preservative, accounts for 30% of this delicious conserve. Excellent combined with fresh and semi-mature cheeses.
“LaBianca” Liguria di Levante IGT Bianco 2024 750 ml
LaBianca is the most recent addition to our cellar. A white wine resulting from the union of two traditional vines: Vermentino (80%) and Malvasia di Candia (20%), grown in the light and sandy soils of the Luni plain, just a few kilometers from the sea. The character of Vermentino is complemented by the aromatic notes of Malvasia, enriching the wine with a unique softness, nuances of flowers, ripe fruit and… sea breezes.
“Auxo” Colli di Luni DOC Rosso 2022 750 ml
Auxo Colli di Luni Rosso DOC is made up of Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo and Canaiolo, a very common blend in Tuscany. The encounter between the characteristics of these grapes and the Ligurian terroir gives this wine elegance, intense aromas of wild berries and spicy notes, even more marked by the 10-month aging in large oak barrels. A medium-structured, elegant red with good body, it’s perfect to combine with red meats or with a mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses.
“Millenium Brut” Spumante Brut metodo charmat Lunae 750 ml
Millenium Brut is a long Charmat Method sparkling wine characterized by an extremely elegant perlage. It is obtained from the vinification of the Albarola, Greco and Malvasia vines, typical grapes of our territory which have proved to be particularly well suited to bubbles.
Extra virgin olive oil "Dolia" 500 ml
Dolia is produced with hand-picked olives from our olive groves in the hills of Luni and Castelnuovo Magra. The cultivars are: Frantoiano, Leccino and Moraiolo. Low temperature extract, to maintain aromas and organoleptic characteristics, has a maximum acidity of 0.5%.
Biscuits Ficum 400 gr
The "Ficum" biscuits from Forneria Gianfranchi are a mixture of flour, semolina and dried figs in rice flour, butter, sugar and eggs. They have a soft texture, very pleasant.
Vergazzata 300 gr approx.
The meat used by the Giannarelli brand for all its cured meats comes only from pigs born, raised and slaughtered in Italy. They are white pigs, whose weight exceeds 250 kg, coming from the Po Valley, and black pigs of Cinta Senese, reared in the wild in the farm "O.T." by Oliviero Toscani in Casale Marittimo in Tuscany. With these meats, the company makes Lardo di Colonnata, Guanciale, Pancetta steccata, Crema di lardo and Vergazzata, which is a pancetta-style salami aged in marble basins. It has a rectangular shape, with the rind on the lower surface and a pleasantly soft texture. The flavor and smell are intense due to the presence of herbs and spices on the surface.
Artisanal pasta 500 gr
“Caserecce” Mulino Moscatelli Farm (Filattiera, Massa). The farm grows cereals, mainly soft wheat, durum wheat and corn and with these it obtains the flour, ground in an ancient stone mill, used to create this artisanal pasta, slowly dried at low temperature and shaped in the traditional way.
