The Ostaia at Ca' Lunae is open all day for lunch and light snacks. A place where our wines encounter the ancient recipes of the local gastronomic tradition, reinterpreted with flair and a contemporary twist by chef Matteo Domenichini.

At lunchtime, Ostaia offers a menu that changes with the seasons and the availability of local markets, alternating the flavors of the sea with those of the hills: vegetables and aromatic herbs from its own garden meet local fish, family olive oil, and the ancient flavors of Lunigiana cuisine. You can choose between a full three-course tasting lunch or a lighter two-course menu. The menus always include a small welcome from the kitchen to start with. Each course is paired with a different glass of wine, in a journey where wine, the true protagonist, guides the story.

In the afternoon the Ostaia remains open and continues its warm welcome with a range of savoury snacks. A glass or a bottle to share, to be paired with the Ostaia platter: a selection of cured meats and cheeses from small local producers, home-produced preserves and savory pies.

Ostaia is located inside Ca' Lunae, on the first floor of the main building which houses the wine shop, in a room with exposed rafters and a large welcoming fireplace in the winter. In the summer period the reception is enriched with outdoor spaces: the large terrace on the first floor with a view of the Apuan Alps and the ancient threshing floor inside the courtyard of Ca' Lunae.
