“1.B” Spumante Brut metodo charmat Lunae 750 ml
1.B is a long Charmat Method sparkling wine characterized by an extremely elegant perlage. It is obtained from the vinification of the Albarola, Greco and Malvasia vines, typical grapes of our territory which have proved to be particularly well suited to bubbles.

“Etichetta Nera” Colli di Luni DOC Vermentino 2024 750 ml 

The first vintage produced dates back to 1992, after a long period of research and experience in the field and in the cellar. The initial desire was to produce a wine that could testify to the great potential that this vine can express in our territory. Etichetta Nera is still born today as the result of those researches.

The parcels that each year express the best organoleptic potential are selected. The grapes, harvested by hand during the early hours of the morning, are then transported quickly to the cellar to be started on a short cold maceration and the subsequent vinification. The result is a wine rich in complexity: the traditional characteristics of vermentino are enriched and enhanced both on the nose and in the mouth.

Straw yellow colour. The nose opens with hints of ripe fruit to yellow paste, especially apricot and peach. The whole is embellished with notes of acacia flowers and Mediterranean scrub which are accompanied by brackish and balsamic notes. In the mouth the freshness is vertical and vibrant, the taste balances a large and round body, with good alcohol content. The almond finish is long and persistent with a return of pleasant notes of ripe fruit.

“Niccolò V” Colli di Luni DOC Rosso 2021 750 ml
Niccolò V is a red wine obtained from a careful selection in the vineyard of three ancient vines, Sangiovese, Merlot and Pollera Nera. Sangiovese brings structure, body and the right tannic note, Merlot is expressed through softness and fruit, while the native Pollera Nera gives freshness and full character. Aged for 12 months in large barrels and 6 months in the bottle, it is a wine of character and elegance.

“Auxo” Colli di Luni DOC Rosso 2022 750 ml 
Auxo Colli di Luni Rosso DOC is made up of Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo and Canaiolo, a very common blend in Tuscany. The encounter between the characteristics of these grapes and the Ligurian terroir gives this wine elegance, intense aromas of wild berries and spicy notes, even more marked by the 10-month aging in large oak barrels. A medium-structured, elegant red with good body, it’s perfect to combine with red meats or with a mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses.

"Circus" 2023 Liguria di Levante IGT Rosso 750 ml
Circus 2021 Liguria di Levante is a red wine obtained from Massareta, Albarossa and Alicante, three vines grown just a few kilometers from the sea. A young, fresh, pleasant red, aged only in steel tanks. Excellent with typical local dishes, such as Ligurian rabbit, pasta with pesto or fish soups.

“Incantatrice" Sparkling White Wine Ancestral  Method 750ml

The enchantress is obtained from Vermentino, Albarola, Malvasia and other local berries . Ancestral method, soft pressing under nitrogen, must in steel tank for a controlled temperature fermentation. The naturalistic approach meets targeted interventions of the man who decides to develop the wine alone, in bottle, for six months.  The yellow of local berries is attenuated by the foggy residue of the refermentation: vinous, cedrino, cream, and slight bitter influence towards a good acidity level.
