“Niccolò V” Colli di Luni DOC Rosso 2021 750 ml
Niccolò V is a red wine obtained from a careful selection in the vineyard of three ancient vines, Sangiovese, Merlot and Pollera Nera. Sangiovese brings structure, body and the right tannic note, Merlot is expressed through softness and fruit, while the native Pollera Nera gives freshness and full character. Aged for 12 months in large barrels and 6 months in the bottle, it is a wine of character and elegance.

Walnut sauce 100 gr

The Walnut Sauce "La Baita Galleano", is made with 90% of cold crushed nuts in a mortar, together with extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, salted marjoram. Perfect for seasoning pasta, but also to use on bruschetta or scones.

Extra virgin olive oil "Dolia" 500 ml

Dolia is produced with hand-picked olives from our olive groves in the hills of Luni and Castelnuovo Magra. The cultivars are: Frantoiano, Leccino and Moraiolo. Low temperature extract, to maintain aromas and organoleptic characteristics, has a maximum acidity of 0.5%.
